A previously undetected water pipe (not even connected to our house interior water line) sprung a leak in the wall between our master bedroom and master bath. Our plumber was able to find the leak but only after having to cut 3 holes into the sheetrock in our bedroom wall and cut an approx 1'x 1 1/2' hole in the tile of our master shower wall and having to cut another approx 1 1/2' x 2' hole in the exterior stone of our house near the outside water hose bib. The pipe was sealed, but we were left with the collateral damage and needed someone who could handle all the repairs....and we hoped to have the repairs done ASAP. A friend recommended Ryan Shaw, so I called; he promptly returned my call and said he would need to come take a look at exactly what needed to be repaired. We made an appt; he arrived on time and was very polite and professional. After inspecting the damage, he said he could do the inside work himself and said he had an excellent stone mason who could repair the exterior stone. He said he would prepare his signed written proposal and get it to us right away. That he did! We signed and the work commenced. From beginning to end, it was a painless, even pleasant, process. He always called before his arrival, remained professional, polite, and quiet. He always went right to work and never failed to clean everything up before he left. (It took 3 or 4 visits because of the drying/curing steps required in the sheetrock and tile repairs. His stone mason, on-time and professional as well, made a quick visit, and did an excellent job. Now, both the interior of our home and the exterior of our home look just as it did before the damage! Ryan did a great job and the whole project was completed within a week's time!! We will definitely hire Shaw Construction Service again, and we highly recommend him to others who want quality work completed in a timely manner for a fair price!
